02 · Fixed prosthetics
Choose in-house digital production when capacity allows, or use our Epic Dental partnership for broader fixed cases.
Two production routes, one BDS service. In-house cases are produced locally; partner-produced cases arrive on-island for inspection. Contact and shade adjustments are handled locally if needed. There are no return shipments, and there is no added cost. Prices are all-inclusive.
Option A · In-house digital production
Milled zirconia and e.max posterior crowns produced locally at BDS. Availability is limited, so contact us first to confirm capacity. Each case is reviewed against clinical specs before delivery, following the same standard applied to every BDS case.

Option B · Partner-produced
Produced through our Epic Dental partnership with a NADL-certified laboratory. Zirconia, e.max, bridges, implant-supported prosthetics, veneers, and full-mouth restorations are inspected on-island on arrival. Contact and shade adjustments are handled locally if needed. There are no return shipments. Prices are all-inclusive. Turnaround is 7–10 business days for crowns.
